The Run Up

Jamersan was a business focused on Magento development but wished to move into more of a full remote agency model. As part of this they needed a new website based on UX best practices that also allowed them to experience the full UX process.

The Process

The first step was a full set of Stakeholder Inteviews with c-suite and account executives. This process allowed us to garner a number of key insights from features to competition. We moved into a full competitive analysis of 5 top businesses utilizing a framework designed to discover ways to improve current business operations and site engagement. We then moved into marketing and competitive research which allowed us to create user personas and develop strategies to increase Jamersan’s competitive edge.

The Solution

We ideated a site built on the PWA (progressive web app) framework, that enhanced the speed of mobile while allowing the full range of animation and performance. We designed out a full set of wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
